My journey to founding Beef Tallow Business wasn't through a personal kitchen endeavour, but through observation. As the head of a small marketing company, I had the privilege of working with a diverse array of businesses, from the rhythms of the farming industry to the intricate processes of various product manufacturers. Among these, a particular segment captured my strategic eye and my heart: the burgeoning field of beef tallow product manufacturing.
